My absolute favourite moment is when the samples come to life, and I try on that perfect pair of jeans or blazer that I created together with my amazing team. There is no better feeling than succeeding on the design. I always know right away when I put on a sample if this specific piece will have that effect.

My biggest goal is to empower women through my brand. His iconic Brigitte Bardot photograph is in every one of our stores and is a constant inspiration to me, so it was natural to do a collaboration with him using this image. Coco Chanel is also an inspiration, she did incredible work in creating one of the most beautiful fashion houses.

We have to be aware of our impact on the environment and this is really making headway in the industry at the moment. I have always wanted to promote investing in clothing, which is why we started with denim and timeless classics, as these are the items you purchase because you love them and want to wear them time and time again.

Sri Lanka. Saint Lucia. Cayman Islands. I love so many places in Europe but probably London or Paris. We have stores in both places and I love how unique the style and energy of each city is. I have so many amazing memories in London and Paris, big memories for the company and my career so they will always hold a special place in my heart. What do you like about living in the USA?

I love the lifestyle of Los Angeles. I love that we are close to the beach but also can take a weekend trip to the desert in a few hours. Running a company and having two kids means that no day is ever the same. I start my day pretty early, usually around 6 am. This is something I have really had to focus on over the past few years. How many pairs of shoes do you have?

I designed our Charlie Boots 7 years ago when we started the company and they are still my favorite pair of boots. I have so many boots, I wear boots with everything and I test all the new boots before they come out so I have a lot stacked in my closet right now. Where does this love for vintage and rock vibes come from? I always loved going to flea markets when I was younger and would get so inspired by the old records and band tees you could get there.

I also used to have a band, so my love for music has always been a big part of my creativity and infused into everything I do.
